Dark timber, white marble and a single, disciplined palette.

A home built around contrast — dark stained timber against white marble, fluted joinery against bright daylight through plantation shutters. The brief was discipline: one palette, held consistently across the kitchen, dining and living so nothing competes. We resolved the island, butler’s pantry and cabinetry as one working sequence, then let monochrome artwork and a few sculptural pieces carry the character. The result is calm, hard-wearing and entirely liveable, day to day.
